Grading and Site Preparation

Proper grading is about more than just moving dirt—it’s about ensuring proper drainage and a level foundation for your next project. Our completed projects include:

Driveway Construction & Repair: We scrape off grass and topsoil, perform pre-grading on raw dirt, and finish-grade limestone. We also perform pothole repair for gravel drives, utilizing existing material or adding new stone as needed.
Post-Excavation Leveling: We move and spread pond excavation piles to create a smooth, functional grade for your yard.
Septic & Utility Restoration: Replacing and grading dirt following new septic field installations to return the area to its original look.
New Construction Prep: We remove stumps and grade dumped fill to prepare building pads for barns or outbuildings.
Lawn & Sod Prep: Removing stumps and grading the area to a "table-top" finish, perfectly prepared for sod or seed installation.
